Project Description<\/span><\/strong><\/div><\/h2><\/div>

The project consisted in the construction of cast-in place piles for the structure of two bridges that will form part of a By Pass located in one of the main areas of eastern El Salvador. The first bridge called Taisihuat consisted of 22 foundation piles, while the second bridge called R\u00edo Grande has 32 foundation piles.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Solution<\/span><\/strong><\/div><\/h2><\/div>

Due to the conditions of the project (water level and ground conditions), the piles were executed using a temporary casing system and the use of polymers to guarantee the integrity of the drilling during the construction process. In addition, Cross Hole and Dynamic Load tests were carried out to evaluate the quality and integrity of the piles.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
