Project Description<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

The Quo and Granat buildings are multifunctional real estate projects located in a gentrifying sector of Guatemala City. The main challenge consisted in managing two independent projects in unison to exceed our clients’ expectations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Solution<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

The excavation slopes were stabilized by anchored walls to a maximum depth of 23 meters. We worked together with the structural designer of the project to integrate the shear walls of the buildings with the protection walls and thus provide a comprehensive solution for the project, taking advantage of the synergy between the clients and the Rodio Swissboring team.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
