Project Description
The Zona Pradera project is an office complex that has 5 corporate towers and is located in Guatemala City. The basements of the towers are interconnected, so it was worked as a single massive excavation.
Solution
The excavation slopes were stabilized with Soil Nailing and Anchored Wall to a maximum depth of 27 meters (6 basements). Zona Pradera was the project with the deepest excavation depth in Guatemala at the time of its execution. It was an unprecedented project in the country due to its dimensions and its constructive methodology..
