- Docks / Piers: an anchor or outset structure based on the water. It is used as a landing place for ships and other maritime transport, guaranteeing safe and adequate conditions for their stay in ports.
- Retaining Works: such as retaining walls are structures designed as elements that, in addition to retaining masses of soil, are responsible for restricting deformations around an excavation to prevent damage to structures.
