Project Description
The project is characterized by the number of curtain type injections with the reservoir empty and full, in addition to the construction of the gallery. The project is located on the course of the Comayagua River, being the largest dam in Honduras and the fifth highest in America.
Solution
Due to the demand of the project, it was necessary to drill 960,000 linear meters and 160,000 tons of cement were used in the injection, the height of the dam is 225.00 meters.
