We are a regional benchmark company in the exploration drilling and sampling fields in soil and rock.
We have teams of specialized personnel that carry out soil surveys with sample recovery and in-situ tests for geotechnical purposes, with core drilling capabilities in excess of 1,500 meters in depth for mining or geothermal exploration. We have a wide range of high-tech equipment for in-situ rock mechanics, ground permeability and related tests, including CPT (Cone Penetration Testing) equipment.
- Geotechnical Boreholes: are used to characterize the strata to a determined depth. Usually, this technique involves the recovery of altered and unaltered samples, in conjunction with the execution of in-situ tests.
- Environmental Boreholes: are employed to detect contaminated soils. Cores must be extracted in such a way that their chemical composition remains unchanged, while trying to preserving the existing ground conditions unaltered.
- Mining Boreholes: provide most of the information for the prospection, evaluation and reserve calculations for open pit or underground mining projects.
- Geothermal Boreholes: are applied for the exploration of geothermal energy resources. This technique requires a high degree of technification in diamond core drilling and special equipment to keep accurate control of gas or water emanations at high temperatures and pressures.
