Project Description
The Road Exchanger constituted an important improvement in the flow of vehicular traffic in one of the main arteries of Guatemala City, where the greatest challenge was to create alternate rutes we could avoid the interruption of mobility during its execution.
Solution
The Project consisted of the construction of a road interchange that allows the free flow of traffic on the main boulevard, and a slab in the superstructure that in turn provides an uninterrupted connection on Diagonal 6. The slopes were stabilized by means of Soil Nailing and Cast-in-place Piles.
