Project Description
The Overpass is an important improvement in the flow of vehicular traffic at the entrance to the Municipality of Santa Catarina Pinula, where the greatest challenge was the construction process due to the great limitations of space for the construction of the project.
Solution
The Project consisted of the construction of a road interchange with 3 levels, almost 500 meters long and two bridges with up to 16 meters of free span between supports. The slopes were stabilized with Soil Nailing and Cast-in-place Piles. The geometric design was provided by Rodio Swissboring as part of the customer service and support.
