Project Description
The project of the US Embassy in Guatemala corresponds to the new facilities of the diplomatic headquarters, being the first building in the country with a pro-environmental design.
Solution
The protection of the project consisted of nails up to 12.00 meters in length and with walls up to 0.15 meters thick of shotcrete. The project had foundation piles with variable diameters; To which axial load tests were applied to verify their capacity.
